Super Service Award reflects company’s consistently high level of customer service
Black Mountain Plumbing, Inc. has earned the service industry’s coveted Angie’s List Super Service Award, reflecting an exemplary year of service provided to members of the consumer review service in 2013.
“This is our 9th consecutive year to receive a Super Service Award for plumbing and our second year in a row for water heaters” says Black Mountain Plumbing CEO Scott Ferrell. “This can only happen with an excellent crew and great customers who are willing to take the time to write us a review, we feel very blessed to have both.”

Angie’s List Super Service Award 2013 winners have met strict eligibility requirements, which include an “A” rating in overall grade, recent grade, and review period grade; the company must be in good standing with Angie’s List, have a fully complete profile, pass a background check and abide by Angie’s List operational guidelines.
Black Mountain Plumbing Inc received 5 Super Service Awards from Angie’s List in 2013 for Plumbing, Water Heaters, Drain Cleaning, Sewer Cleaning and Gas Leak Repair.
